Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing digital-dads-llc.com, downloading any mobile game or application published by Digital Dads LLC or One Shelf Studio, purchasing digital audio packs, or commissioning custom software development, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Software & Client Ownership

We believe founders should own their technology outright. Unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Services Agreement:

• Full Code Handover: Upon final payment of all agreed project milestones, the client receives full ownership of the custom website, application front-end, and business data created specifically for their brand.
• Studio Core Libraries: Digital Dads LLC retains rights to underlying reusable boilerplates, internal synthesis engines, and non-proprietary developer tools used during construction.
• Third-Party Accounts: Clients are responsible for maintaining active billing on their own third-party hosting, domain registrars, and payment gateways once a project goes live.

3. Mobile Apps, Games & Audio Assets (One Shelf Studio)

When you download a One Shelf Studio mobile application, game, or royalty-free audio library:

• Personal App License: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and enjoy our mobile applications and games on your devices. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute compiled application binaries.
• Commercial Audio Pack License: Purchased audio packs from One Shelf Studio grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to integrate our sound effects and ambient tracks into your own games, films, and media projects. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute the raw audio files as a standalone sound library.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any Digital Dads LLC website, sandbox environment, or software application for unlawful activity, unauthorized security probing, automated scraping, or transmitting harmful code.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We engineer every piece of software with care, testing, and modern security standards. All mobile applications, digital assets, and web services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Digital Dads LLC is not liable for indirect losses, third-party hosting outages, or external platform changes outside our direct control. Total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount paid by you to Digital Dads LLC for the specific product or service in question.
